PT. Inspira Kreatif Infinia Creates a Local 3D Printing Factory

The only local 3D printer factory that not only assembles 3D printers but also creates printers and their parts was created by PT Inspira Kreatif. Sugianto Kolim, the founder of PT Inspira Kreatif Infinia, claimed in a written statement on Wednesday that one benefit of a 3D printer is its ability to create design work in three dimensions. Industrial 3D printers with high levels of precision are used to create almost all of the 3D printer’s plastic parts. So, the injection process initially costs it no longer used.
PT. Inspira Kreatif Infinia Claims to Take this Industry Very Seriously
Inspira is taking the development of this market extremely seriously since they think it has excellent future potential and is required by the sector, both on a small-scale and on a large-scale. As a result, we create this ecosystem for 3D printing using training, certification, and a national 3D printer product for industry and education.
The first 3D educational printer in Indonesia with an integrated and tiered STEAM-based curriculum is born in 2021 and is called 3D Pintar. It may be utilized in Indonesian schools from kindergarten through high school.
“In addition, Inspira Academy prepares 3D Printers as well as training materials for freelancers to industry with an online system that can be accessed anywhere and anytime,” said Sugianto.
Increasing the domestic sector’s competitiveness, added value contribution, productivity, and sustainability is one of President Jokowi’s primary priorities in Presidential Regulation No. 18 of 2020, which focuses on using industry 4.0. One of the pivotal moments of industry 4.0 is the ecosystem of 3D printing technology. A local 3D printer factory makes the development in Indonesia more apparent. The government is devoted to developing sufficient HR competencies by developing education with a focus on 3 vocational institutions: Vocational High Schools , Job Training Centers and Polytechnics.
Ciamis is the First District to Cooperate with PT. Inspira Kreatif Infinia
Through the “STEAM-based Educator Competency Improvement” campaign started by Dr. H. Herdiat Sunarya, Regent of Ciamis, Inspira Academy and Ciamis Regency have collaborated primarily on the use of 3D printing in human resource development. Inspira Academy will train 1000 instructors through this program over the course of three years, in stages.
Making a manufacturer is necessary to promote “Making Indonesia 4.0”, but it is also important to understand how to manage human resources. The business is creating a learning ecosystem through Inspira Academy, which is the only important educational institution and the first in Indonesia to focus on 3D design and printing (3D creation), robots, and IoT.
“We are engaging in information transfer with teachers, and we hope that this learning environment would help the students. The collaboration between PT Inspira and Pemkab Ciamis has been ongoing for a number of years. 2021 is the first batch, and the second batch will be carried out in the following year, 2022. Additionally, we are selling about 300 units of local printers made specifically for kindergarten to high school
In order to increase the number of students and industry participants in Indonesia who use 3D printing and locally produced goods to promote Industry 4.0, which is the President’s stated goal, PT Inspira Kreatif Infinia will continue to develop an education program based on the technology.
Furthermore, Inspira will increase local printer production and introduce new models to provide more options in line with Indonesian consumers’ needs.
